Please provide a specific Poemmart product or webpage URL whenever possible. A general link to our homepage may not provide enough information for us to locate the reported content.

You may report more than one Poemmart URL in a single submission if the same copyrighted work appears on multiple pages. Please list each relevant URL clearly.

A sufficiently complete copyright infringement report should include:

Copyright registration is not required in order to submit a copyright infringement report to Poemmart. However, you may provide registration information or other supporting documentation if you believe it will help us review your report.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Report

After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement report, Poemmart will review the information provided and take appropriate action where warranted.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Review the reported artwork, design, image, text, or other content.
  • Review the specific Poemmart product or webpage identified in the report.
  • Contact you for additional information or clarification.
  • Review available information regarding authorization, licensing, ownership, or other lawful use.
  • Remove or disable access to reported content where appropriate.
  • Discontinue or modify a product listing where appropriate.
  • Take other reasonable action based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Submitting a copyright infringement report does not automatically establish that copyright infringement has occurred. Each report may require review based on the information available and the circumstances of the reported use.

We do not promise removal within a fixed number of hours. However, we aim to review sufficiently complete copyright reports promptly and take appropriate action without unreasonable delay where warranted.

5. Incomplete Reports

If your report does not contain enough information for us to identify the copyrighted work, locate the reported material, verify your authority, or understand the basis of the complaint, we may contact you to request additional information.

Providing complete and accurate information through the form above can help us review your report more efficiently.

6. False or Misleading Copyright Notices

Please submit copyright infringement reports only when you have a genuine good faith basis for doing so.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may result in liability under applicable law.

Poemmart reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to fraudulent, abusive, intentionally misleading, or bad-faith reports.

7. Customer-Submitted and Personalized Content

Poemmart sells personalized and made-to-order products, and certain content displayed or processed through our Services may originate from information, photographs, artwork, text, or other materials submitted by customers.

Our Terms of Service require customers who submit content for personalization to have the rights, permissions, licenses, consents, or other lawful authority necessary to provide and use that content for the requested product.

If you believe customer-submitted content appearing on Poemmart infringes your copyright, you may report it using the Copyright Infringement Report Form above.

8. Copyright Reports vs. Other Intellectual Property Issues

This reporting process is intended primarily for copyright infringement concerns involving protected creative works such as artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, and other copyrightable content.
