Shipping Policy

At Poemmart, our products are made to order and many are personalized specifically for each customer. Because your product is created after your order is placed, your total delivery time includes both production time and shipping transit time.

We are committed to providing clear and transparent production, shipping, and delivery estimates so you know what to expect before completing your purchase.

How Delivery Time Works

Production Time + Shipping Transit Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time

• Production Time: The time required to process, personalize, manufacture, inspect, and package your product before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Shipping Transit Time: The estimated time between the carrier receiving your completed package and delivering it to your shipping address.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: The combined estimated production and shipping transit time.

Important: Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Shipping transit time begins only after production is complete and the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten production time unless you also select an eligible Rush Production option.

Fleece Blanket Production & Delivery Times

Fleece Blankets are generally produced within 1–3 business days under Standard Production.

For eligible Fleece Blanket orders, Rush Production may be selected for an additional $2.50 per eligible item. Eligible Rush Production orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2 business days, subject to the applicable order cut-off time and the other terms described below.

*Rush Production: Available for eligible Fleece Blanket orders only. Eligible Rush Production orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2 business days and are subject to an additional $2.50 fee per eligible item.

Rush Production

Rush Production is an optional accelerated production service available for certain eligible Fleece Blanket orders.

• Rush Fulfillment Time: Within 2 business days after the eligible order enters Rush Production.
• Rush Production Fee: $2.50 per eligible item.
• Availability: Available for eligible Fleece Blanket products only.
• Order Cut-off: Rush Production is subject to the applicable daily order cut-off time described below.
• Shipping: Rush Production speeds up production only. It does not automatically upgrade or shorten your selected shipping transit service.

The $2.50 Rush Production fee applies per eligible item. For example, if Rush Production is selected for two eligible Fleece Blankets, the Rush Production fee will be $5.00.

The Rush Production fee is separate from any applicable shipping charge. The applicable Rush Production charge and shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase where the option is available.

Please note: Rush Production refers to accelerated fulfillment within 2 business days. Shipping transit time begins only after production has been completed and the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

For example, if you select Rush Production with Standard Shipping, your eligible product will be produced and prepared for shipment within 2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–8 business days in shipping transit for eligible U.S. Fleece Blanket orders.

Important Information About Two-Day Shipping

Two-Day Shipping and Rush Production are separate services.

Rush Production accelerates the production and fulfillment of an eligible Fleece Blanket within 2 business days. Two-Day Shipping refers only to the estimated 1–2 business day shipping transit period after production is complete.

Two-Day Shipping does not mean your personalized product will arrive within two days of placing your order. Production must be completed before the shipping transit period begins.

Hooded Blanket Production & Delivery Times

Hooded Blankets use a different production process from Fleece Blankets and therefore have different production and delivery estimates.

Hooded Blankets generally require 3–5 business days of production time. Rush Production is not currently offered for Hooded Blankets.

International refers to supported delivery destinations outside the United States.

Shipping services available for Hooded Blankets differ from those offered for eligible Fleece Blankets. Hooded Blankets currently use Standard Shipping according to the applicable destination and package weight.

The shipping option and applicable shipping charge available for your specific order and destination will be displayed at checkout.

Production Time vs. Shipping Transit Time

Please remember that production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production Time covers the period required to prepare and create your made-to-order product before it is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Transit Time begins after production has been completed and the shipping carrier has received the package.

A faster shipping method affects only the shipping transit portion of the delivery process unless Rush Production is separately selected and available for the product.

Order Cut-off Time

Poemmart uses a daily order cut-off time of 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday for production scheduling.

Orders must be successfully placed and payment confirmed by the applicable daily cut-off time to be counted toward that business day's production schedule. Orders placed or paid after the cut-off time will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or applicable public holidays will generally begin processing on the next applicable business day.

The order cut-off time determines when the applicable production timeframe begins. It does not shorten or change the Standard Production, Rush Production, or shipping transit estimates stated in this policy.

For eligible Fleece Blanket orders using Rush Production, the 2-business-day Rush Production timeframe begins after the eligible order enters Rush Production, subject to the applicable cut-off time.

Business Days

Unless otherwise stated, production and shipping estimates in this policy are expressed in business days.

Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Orders placed after the applicable daily order cut-off time, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays will generally begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Carrier schedules may vary, and some carriers may transport or deliver packages on weekends even though those days are not included in our standard business-day delivery estimates.

Order Processing and Personalization

Because Poemmart products are made to order, production may include:

• Processing your order.
• Preparing names, photos, text, dates, designs, or other personalization submitted with your order.
• Printing or manufacturing your product.
• Performing quality checks.
• Packaging the completed product for shipment.

Production time begins after the order is successfully placed, payment is confirmed, and the order enters the applicable production process, subject to the daily order cut-off time described above.

Production time ends when the completed package is ready for and handed over to the applicable shipping carrier.

If additional information, clarification, payment verification, a replacement image, or other customer action is required before production can continue, the production timeframe may be extended until the necessary information is received or the issue is resolved.

Shipping Methods and Availability

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, package characteristics, production location, and carrier availability.

For eligible Fleece Blanket orders shipped within the United States, available shipping methods may include:

• Standard Shipping: estimated 4–8 business days in transit.
• Express Shipping: estimated 2–4 business days in transit.
• Two-Day Shipping: estimated 1–2 business days in transit.

For eligible Fleece Blanket orders shipped to supported international destinations, Standard Shipping is generally estimated at 10–15 business days in transit.

For Hooded Blanket orders, Standard Shipping is generally estimated at:

• United States: 10–15 business days in transit.
• International: 15–20 business days in transit.

Not every shipping method listed in this policy is necessarily available for every product or delivery address.

Only the shipping options currently available for your specific product and destination will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on factors including the product type, package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

The tables below show the currently configured shipping rates for eligible Fleece Blanket and Hooded Blanket orders. The final applicable shipping charge displayed at checkout is the shipping charge that applies to your specific order.

Fleece Blanket Shipping Rates

United States: Standard Shipping 4–8 business days, Express Shipping 2–4 business days, and Two-Day Shipping 1–2 business days.
International: Standard Shipping 10–15 business days.

Please note: Shipping rates are based on the package weight calculated for the order. Not every shipping method is available for every product, order, or destination. The final shipping methods and charges available for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Rush Production is a separate production service and, when selected for an eligible Fleece Blanket, is subject to an additional $2.50 fee per eligible item. Rush Production charges are not included in the shipping rates shown above.

International Shipping

Poemmart ships to supported international destinations where shipping is available during checkout.

For eligible Fleece Blanket orders, Standard Shipping to supported international destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after production is complete.

For Hooded Blanket orders, Standard Shipping to supported international destinations is generally estimated at 15–20 business days after production is complete.

Applicable production time must be added to the shipping transit time to determine the estimated total delivery timeframe.

For Standard Production:

• Fleece Blankets: approximately 11–18 business days total.
• Hooded Blankets: approximately 18–25 business days total.

For eligible Fleece Blankets using Rush Production, allow up to 2 business days for Rush Production plus 10–15 business days of international shipping transit.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Processing

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import inspections, local delivery procedures, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, local authorities, or shipping carrier.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges collected directly by Poemmart will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

If additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees are not collected by Poemmart at checkout, they may be assessed separately by the applicable customs authority, government agency, or shipping carrier and may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Customs clearance and local import processing are outside Poemmart's direct control and may occasionally extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

Estimated Delivery Times

All production, shipping, and total delivery timeframes provided in this policy are estimates unless a specific service is expressly identified as guaranteed.

Estimated delivery time may be affected by circumstances including:

• High seasonal order volume.
• Major holidays.
• Carrier delays.
• Severe weather.
• Natural disasters.
• Transportation disruptions.
• Customs or import processing.
• Remote or limited-service delivery locations.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Personalization or order verification issues.
• Unexpected production or equipment issues.
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery estimates provided, but estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Peak Seasons and Holidays

Production facilities and shipping carriers may experience increased volume during major holidays, seasonal events, promotional periods, and other peak shopping periods.

Orders placed during these periods may require additional production or shipping time.

If you are ordering a personalized product for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, holiday, or other time-sensitive occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as reasonably possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has completed production and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will normally be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking number for the shipping carrier's system to display its first tracking update.

Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally update later than the actual movement of the package.

Multiple Products and Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, particularly products with different production processes such as Fleece Blankets and Hooded Blankets, your items may be produced or shipped separately.

As a result:

• Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
• Packages may have different tracking numbers.
• Packages may arrive on different dates.

Receiving only part of a multi-item order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing or lost.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your:

• Recipient name.
• Street address.
• Apartment, unit, suite, or building number, if applicable.
• City.
• State, province, or region.
• Postal or ZIP code.
• Country.

Poemmart is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address submitted by the customer when the order was correctly shipped to the address provided.

Shipping Address Changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Consistent with our Return & Refund Policy, requests to change order or shipping information should be submitted within 5 hours of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment or shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered production, fulfillment, or the shipping process.

Once a package has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect its delivery address.

Carrier Delays

Once a completed package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package moves through the carrier's delivery network.

Occasional carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, high parcel volume, holidays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside Poemmart's reasonable control.

If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information and assist with the appropriate next steps.

Packages Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier or our fulfillment system, the affected item may qualify for a Full Refund or Free Replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact our customer support team within the applicable claim period so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

• Check around your property, mailbox, porch, entrance, reception area, or other safe delivery locations.
• Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff whether they accepted the package.
• Review available carrier tracking information for delivery notes or delivery photographs, when available.
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information when appropriate.

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us so we can review the available shipment information and determine the appropriate next steps.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost in transit and may require additional review before a resolution can be determined.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or video showing the damaged product and, when reasonably available, the shipping packaging and shipping label.

Eligible shipping damage claims may qualify for a Full Refund or Free Replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because Poemmart products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

You may request to cancel your order or change personalization or shipping details within 5 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may already have begun and cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed.

If production has already started, customer-requested cancellations or changes may not be eligible for a refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us at support@poemmart.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Information at Checkout

The shipping methods, applicable shipping charges, and delivery information displayed during checkout are based on the products, package weight, shipping address, and shipping method applicable to your order.

If a particular shipping service is unavailable for your product or destination, it will not be offered as an available shipping option at checkout.

Please review your selected product, shipping method, shipping address, Rush Production option (if applicable), and all applicable charges before completing your purchase.

If there is a difference between a general rate shown in this policy and the shipping rate applicable to the specific products, package weight, and destination entered during checkout, the shipping option and charge displayed at checkout before purchase will reflect the rate applicable to that order.
