3. Shipping Process:
- Once your order is processed and ready for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Delivery Address
- Please make sure to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.
- If your address is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for an update, which could delay your delivery.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Returned orders may be sent back to our shipping partners' warehouses and could be discarded.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required.
- If you contact the carrier directly to change the delivery address after the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
5. Multiple Shipments
For orders with multiple items, we may ship them separately to speed up delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
