Because Poemmart products are made to order and many are personalized specifically for each customer, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or other customer-selected errors when the product has been produced correctly.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or you receive an incorrect product due to an eligible issue caused by Poemmart, production, fulfillment, or shipping, the affected item may qualify for a Full Refund or Free Replacement.
- Claim period: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible product, production, fulfillment, or shipping issues.
- Cancellations or changes: Requests should be submitted within 5 hours of purchase.
- Approved claims: Eligible for a Full Refund or Free Replacement.
